Application methods

Application surfaces must be clean and dry. Remove all dirt, oil grease, detergents, and loose material. Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up. Common construction materials do not need a primer application.
Cut the tip off the cartridge. Cut nozzle to the desired size at a 45°C angle. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun. Push sealant ahead for a uniform bead. The joint width must be between 6-25mm. Tool within 15 minutes with a joint nail or putty knife. Clean off excess sealant with EMK or toluene before it gets dried.

Safety info

It contains isocyanates and minor amounts of volatile organic chemicals. Since it may cause irritation to avoid prolonged contact of wet sealant to the skin and preferably use gloves.

Warnings!!

Below +5°C, the extrusion and curing rates of PU sealant will decrease significantly.
Tends to become yellowish if constantly exposed to UV.
