Short pressing time. Fast curing. Water-resistant. Transparent. Easy to apply.
Application areas
Wood furniture production. Boat and yacht production. Wooden door and window production and assembly. Bonding concrete, most metals, glass, rock wool, wood, tile, and stone elements. Water-resistant - D4 class according to DIN EN 204.
Technical info
Density: 1,15 g/ml
Water and Humidity Resistance: D4
Open Time: 10 minutes
Clamping Time: 30 minutes
Shelf Life: 12 months
Volume: 310 ml
Application methods
It should not be applied in temperatures below 5°C. Bonding substrates should be free of oil, dust, dirt, and loose particles. The adhesive should be applied as a thin layer in one of the bonding substrates. Non-porous and dry bonding substrates should be humidified with a wet cloth.
Safety info
It contains isocyanate. If inhaled for long periods, it may cause sensitivity to respiratory organs. If the wet adhesive contacts the skin for long periods, it may cause local rash and sensitivity on the skin. For this reason, the environment should be well-ventilated during the application, contact with the skin should be avoided and protective gloves and safety goggles should be worn while working. Hardened Pu adhesive does not carry a health risk towards the environment and human health.
Warnings!!
Since the open-time of the adhesive is very short clamping of the elements must be completed rapidly. When hardened, the color of the adhesive turns white. The adhesive must be spread on the substrates and applied as a thin layer. In applications below 10C curing time will be prolonged. Full cure can take up to 12 hours. Dry substrates must be humidified with a wet cloth.
